The Academy training process includes (3)  sessions:  September – December; January – June and a 4-week summer intensive between June-August.  Each session begins with an audition.  Successful candidates are then enrolled into the Academy program.  The company is comprised of youth (ages 12 to 18).   Academy members meet three (3) times a week.  They train on acting, singing, dance and storytelling so they develop competency in each area.  They also work on responsibility, self-discipline, team building, confidence and time management. Academy is best suited for youth who have the passion, desire, positive attitude and discipline to succeed in performance art. Note:  The January – June session members also focus on connecting to local colleges as an artist. They will design a success plan for their future as a part of their Academy experience.  The company presents three (3) staged productions each season.  This is a merit-based program supported by donors, corporate sponsorship and grants.
